The Hero’s Difference

The Hero's business model is different as well. Many people are initially attracted to large Family Entertainment Centers, which operate in much the same way as a full-service restaurant. Usually the glamor fades rather quickly. These establishments are open seven days a week and regardless of the weather, or the lack of day-to-day business. We know from personal experience the pain and frustration of dealing with walk-in traffic, the chaos of keeping parties and walk-ins separate and of dealing with people on their terms.

Hero's runs more like a catering business. You're only open when you have business booked. Hero's is easier to manage and control and easily grow with demand.

Unlike the utter mayhem associated with typical birthday party venues, Hero's is a well-orchestrated, finely tuned Broadway production where the birthday child is the star (Hero of the hour if you will), your "Party Hero" (activity coordinators) direct the action, the guests make up the supporting cast and the family is a participatory audience.

All great childhood adventures begin in the backyard. Portals in the reception area allow guests to see pieces, but not everything in Hero's magical backyard, a tree house slide here, an inflated fort and the hint of a carnival tent. The stage is set for a remarkable experience, a personalized production based on preferences expressed by the child and parent during a pre-party phone conversation with the Party Hero.

The Party Hero guides the guests along their journey of discovery and play. Everyone is involved in making the birthday child the center of attention. Structure, focus and interaction deepen relationships and amplify the sense of fun and discovery.
