Chester Henry

Chester has over fourteen year"s business, franchise, operation and consultation experience in the entertainment industry, along with eleven years engineering and project management. He is responsible for sales and marketing as well as assisting with training and team development of new Hero's locations.

Chester is President of Henry Holdings, a firm specializing in children"s entertainment center innovation, operations, marketing, feasibility studies and attraction mix. He"s an expert in innovation and modular design attractions, increasing revenues per square foot, guest visit frequency and attraction age appeal while lowering initial and annual capital costs.

Chester is a regular speaker and presenter at Fun Expo. His articles on operations, marketing and party entertainment appear in various trade magazines. He is director for Community Kitchen Program of Calgary, teaching less fortunate how to prepare cost effective - highly nutritious meals, is on the board FCC (Feeding Calgary"s Children) working on Marketing and Awareness of child hunger and coaches soccer.

Laurien Henry

Laurien has over fourteen year"s business, franchise, operation and consultation experience in the entertainment industry, along with 10 years Bank and Area Management (multiple branches) with Royal Bank of Canada. She also conducts training courses, seminars and onsite training for Henry Holdings Consulting clients" management teams.

Laurien was the 2004 president of IALEI and is it"s current Chairperson of the Children"s Entertainment Council. She is a regular speaker and presenter at Fun Expo on the subjects of HR and multiple facility management. Her HR and training articles appear monthly in Fun Extra Newsletter as well as industry trade magazines and journals. Laurien is president of the Parents School Council and sits on the Recreation Board for the City of Okotoks.
